• overall management of all agency projects/programs and services

• conduct program evaluation/survey/research

• build, maintain strong relationships with all levels of governments, businesses, community groups, public & funders

• identify community needs and trends

• advocate, educate, promote cross-cultural respect & understanding of immigrants, visible minorities & other at risk or multi-risks groups
5 X' e9 d- o) d- Y! {/ U2 N• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.+ _; R g4 k8 p
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff' \/ P- F5 X! |) P

# x3 b& F! ^, @! }0 k- ~4 j- University degree in a related field;
, }" i! O* r! Z S, X- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;+ W) G8 c2 ^# p5 K7 e+ V
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
! ] t4 F7 f/ C: ?8 o9 @- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization % ^8 w3 d; ~+ ]/ t0 ~

Salary
; ]& w; K$ C3 ^- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits , U8 v& f7 s: h* |3 Y
