I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.* I/ c" U6 T* h$ ~+ B( {# v
) X$ ^) `+ [% `& b- n/ NI would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price. 1 S( J s# l; M
