: b/ h& T: `  ?7 b5 }- z$ H6 bJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

. D1 {8 y) G6 M2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
, Z6 P# g8 n; s3 d: V6 R0 m5 H
  n, u( j- J+ y. \' I3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

! h: ~3 |5 I, ^& W4 |4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

$ Y9 z$ `, d0 T( A5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

( k$ r# M6 y# E- X1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

; B( Q" n' f" G# {2 |5 X' p2) Cashier experience.
  T9 D& x; U# p+ H$ R5 ~$ h
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

4 f1 I4 B  b( v, N; P4 w5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
