DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:% N+ u5 l3 O9 m" a8 r; \# m
- d0 P& ^7 J- I, z- s: Y; @1) Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.# L/ m' [+ y# l# E' n" ?6 a

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.9 e8 h" I. }8 v& }9 E. p

3) Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

1) Minimum one year in the food industry. Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

) x0 N; Q" V) A$ Z3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.# i: O( F) [7 z1 g( H. q
