申请者应满足如下条件:
5 D% O$ b3 P4 ~1 Oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 n* i; g) Q$ j/ rc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
( ^6 i  p' b7 od) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

( Y7 D" p0 o" Nenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* M$ Z5 w* B; k  Mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
+ L& g4 X2 c/ Q) |& p) `+ H  A) oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 W- `1 v2 l6 V5 C+ }' B8 a) U$ {" r(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- R( v0 {1 d2 k. Y7 s) [/ x(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
