The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! O/ ?) _# H: B3 ]$ J8 r(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
5 E; Y* B/ W9 N$ p1 K# P/ U/ d(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 H! D4 e3 \$ y/ {" r+ _, M) B(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
