$ J, N4 l+ k' s/ p' j8 w2 ZPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* ~) U6 |* q: @' Z) z1 kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
! p7 ^* F, R( u1 a
1 X$ \# D; L& w& ?, @9 aThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 r, ?" Z+ ^9 p, a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 e, e4 f4 J3 Q(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
