Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
% L$ `! Z% W; s# H( e+ u6 penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
0 k% |4 [& G" x' n2 q5 cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

! I/ H3 q$ S. `' _+ L" n" `The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( |) S' ^7 w/ s" ?(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
' d" u0 O; e! E* h0 ?7 r(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" p" b2 {8 r/ ?, s  J. q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
