7 x5 }& L! j/ A- p3 }于是决定多付Downpay, 共$25000,然后是每月$575+Tax, 24 months, 年利率7.95%, buyback $1, 算是Financing而不是Lease了,因为是Lease company, 必须有个buy back,所以就象征性的1元。另手续费$245+tax, Interim fee: 321.3+tax, 4 Y" d( H" {- @& G1 e

总价: $37000+Tax=$39220," a% E' I; J9 Q. i7 R7 w
实际Gross Payment: $25000+ (575*24+$245+$321.3)*1.06=$40228.28
