+ X- k+ p* b2 t; M' T6 aThe woman was driving a gravel truck two kilometres north of Westlock when it veered off the road. The truck rolled across Highway 44, trapping and crushing the woman in the cab.

2 L$ V6 j: r p! v, k) S! o- ?Audrey Wiedrick, 57, from Westlock, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to RCMP. She was not wearing a seat belt.$ E! b; n) p, a6 d+ H& X! N8 k
Wiedrick worked for Alberta Highway Services and was hauling a water tank and asphalt packer when the accident occurred, said Jason Maloney, spokesman for the Alberta occupational health and safety office.9 l7 l0 E9 k3 ^- x2 @. v7 f$ W6 U

Maloney said they will look at the maintenance records of the truck and trailer, the hours the driver worked, and the weight of the units the truck was carrying. |
