J* U! s. f v等出来的时候发现：１.我的车被几辆救护车包围了,２.触目惊心－－车窗上的黄单子。一看原因：停靠２４小时reserved stall了。仔细找也没看见有reserved牌子。生气，这可是我这辈子吃的第一张罚单，冤枉呀！找到工作人员理论，被告知因为施工的原因最近刚改的，然后指给我看在旁边的施工队隔离墙上的小小的ambulence only的牌子。这时我才看到public parking的车在隔离墙的另一侧。墙上没有标记指示public parking应该从这里进去。工作人员说很sorry，如果我愿意可以appeal.$ k; b5 S: B) Y l, n: L

第二天，我到大学医院parking service office 填了申诉表说明了情况。一到两周内会有结果。' T( C* J6 s! f( r2 e+ b
