Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will
5 [4 d' V+ ~5 D( }9 vsay it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
6 ?# D4 B3 u/ g4 uregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
. s$ c% C8 n! d3 yattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed! b+ Q: D$ Y. w4 `. r# U4 B$ V7 S
a big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so1 y/ Q1 S; j# `! h" C8 F ~" ~
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last. Your2 ^4 M& C+ e1 t

into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
