Key Responsibilities:¨
+ N# n' t& M' H- ^' _/ U1 F, SDevelop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
/ E+ l: r: V8 C2 o; n6 C7 a; E  _( @¨
' b8 b/ }) Z6 r* QAssist in the recruitment and development of new members
% B6 H9 G  ~0 {( ]4 x  Y¨
, L/ u' H, n9 JCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

: y* V: `" ?$ {- c( I# EEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships

Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff

9 D! z# S6 f  c2 L# \Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

. ~' M5 k& G+ URole model customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications:
4 K( ~; _7 \: O+ O; }¨
Marketing/Sales experience or interest
¨
Strong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

4 q" m9 z- ~) i  bSkilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

9 m9 F3 V0 i9 d- VFirst Aid and CPR certification

Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
