Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

' T/ A8 p( D, u' ?9 |- f( A2 GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 @* r! k. N* [8 v l1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning / y, X0 V- k; O5 W
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
) B* d; Y& }; `4 ~9 ?7 F0 B" z
$ |% h, A5 i7 W7 y2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
+ D! F( ?2 d0 w& q8 Jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
; `* p- \6 g. _/ @0 ]3 T+ L, S! Y
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ! z2 V1 N( v: I
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ) Q5 G3 L* ]' q+ S( p; \( @
keeping appropriate and accurate records.8 z% L4 w/ `" p3 B# [; r9 P/ [

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
* J( Q& j5 g$ n& b* u* s% Dfailures to the Operations Manager.+ S a# d% M; M. }# W( L
E5 x" }: C9 g" f4 S; Z5 B0 z5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
& L: P! h4 Z6 A% V; J. r# Eand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

# M( d3 `8 h0 l3 y. }- W9 T$ X2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
# G4 g( q/ g' [+ Fskills.# j7 ]6 C: N9 q- `- M) r% x" }+ r4 p) t# r
& H1 L3 `8 e V& ]3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
