Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
, b; k* K. M V' sof Course Pack production.- y( f5 g1 t* y* `( p% h

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:: Q$ t5 m: Q9 H
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 4 l; d' r. F x
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
( X R4 m# f3 e* A8 n
# q/ v9 Z, H5 v5 M5 }( a! z6 T/ P7 K2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + c3 C) x7 n5 }
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
& g9 Y! `: u4 X) o7 c- E) ~$ u+ t5 ~0 j) E
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of % ? d* y, K" F) `4 b; C9 y, y
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
& h# x* H4 i: X) Z( H4 o& N# tkeeping appropriate and accurate records. e- S/ X1 ^0 ^

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment . {4 Z& g H. C- e" V
failures to the Operations Manager.' B' u# H, q- A" i2 V2 O5 q

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

& D7 d5 W( i( J3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.% D7 e1 @+ g) |8 i# p- @0 n

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
