SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
S# Z, R# G* jSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 4 _' g. K) v% E( j! D: s
of Course Pack production.; X* o3 C+ i- b, B9 V+ |) b

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:; C6 N7 [' R" x& q' ]& R: L
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning $ |- H& P6 A: O: ~4 d; z+ T
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.( ]8 ]$ B% [% c0 T
* E' W* I; H. a, ^7 }2 z1 u) o
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 i* G0 v3 Y( _% p" k
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
% q0 F1 P8 k( y# L3 h5 K& U* X) M( v
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of $ F* j3 @( q/ f- E" b) L: T. k
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ' e- M: N3 k" X1 w+ Q* x# k
keeping appropriate and accurate records.: M1 S& o3 h/ O4 f; W

failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
