% O" m1 x* F6 XSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ( Q3 E( Q5 s8 b6 G
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& B% f' S- W- x) U4 l9 Uof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 N( b5 ?. I, M& S$ i6 t- v1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 2 \: c. ?, @2 K2 i$ a
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.4 B$ c3 V8 e4 `/ g
" |! Q% J- P' g, A" t3 f0 g
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
9 A& m- d4 D1 a7 G$ Lprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

% c2 j* \8 A' R ^! n3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ; f5 t/ A) T h" v4 }
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.* e- O! n0 K( W. D
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

5 i- }4 T l( r+ c/ K- ]3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful./ P. h. ?; D# L4 A2 Q" ~: j

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.% e2 c1 c; e4 B; Y% y/ m+ h7 h" t

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
