JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- " _# ~5 F8 v& W; S, a7 m$ v
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
& k$ P' f" i+ F; Z9 WSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
; V- n" m! H$ B9 w( ?/ ^9 p; wof Course Pack production.: Y/ t# O8 H! H7 h/ h7 \4 q
! k0 z7 C1 L" g; ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:6 f9 J/ f4 h3 y" t6 O# j$ x
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 y! a: v* Q S5 S8 v
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
- T; ]1 C0 b" @! i7 g8 z* D) ]: M, v4 S1 A9 o; w
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ]% [5 [# `. x) e& I7 `
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting., M0 ]' W/ v1 [+ m- {/ r
4 h5 R6 h5 r1 ~; \/ j, v. g
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 6 h1 [: w% F, f& Y: p( P7 `
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
0 O+ V' v- ]( d( ykeeping appropriate and accurate records.

failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
# L! P7 B8 Y: e; z- s+ P1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ y9 [/ f) \* w! r& A2 l; W2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

+ D; s6 Y3 W% q1 O6 V& ^
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
