SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
- P& j) D1 ]% x1 |Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
. I2 u0 u# M9 e yof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ A$ l& F, _. h. w+ n; i! v+ [1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' T" A" T' {1 H' S7 [! F' bof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
2 t; P1 l; Q$ v. V/ {2 l! M& h- d& r ~8 u" Q3 b
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 3 _3 g; Q+ M" i
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
* @1 M: T9 r; i/ ]3 W2 \' Q! `& W3 X5 b/ @# d' B
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
% T) Z/ W) u5 {: x( A/ i" zcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and + B2 s+ D6 j8 E
keeping appropriate and accurate records./ s s1 w: h6 G, R4 N$ d. \* `

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment / _+ [. U4 ?$ C# P
failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.- A3 @+ `, `8 d# B

skills.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
