JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
! Y2 ~( A) e& c* i x$ U q% ?SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
1 b- @, d" z" N1 E R7 J, iSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ r" T6 j0 K& Y& `! Q' W8 P* U
of Course Pack production.

- @% R# N. A4 k6 A" T4 LDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) c9 F7 U2 i% y3 D* G+ F- j1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
- J X3 X6 r8 A5 X; Cof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.6 G0 H. A' m* l O& e" x4 A5 T
+ ]* x! P0 n% \0 c
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
" l: n$ N: b- s$ g6 e. Fprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
# b/ Z0 B$ t- i8 A
/ m0 Q6 v# ]6 j+ i3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
- R2 t" e) C# Lcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
A/ @7 \/ i7 n+ p# b. D7 Fkeeping appropriate and accurate records.
! s& A8 D' W0 s3 F8 n' Z0 ^8 c% `, m, J- s$ @
4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 7 x1 L4 ]/ e$ h/ H! c2 H
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
* J9 [ K: e1 Q5 `% _and adhere to regulations as appropriate.( g, n- L- s' O% x8 h

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
" u( \ R- g) h# e. \3 b$ y/ J2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 2 _- ?% z" v h* i3 _% m8 z
skills.( i( }2 a# W" {6 D2 s. X
( A, [6 {8 E$ [2 K3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

& H% ?7 h6 R1 S. c5 ?, ?- t4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
