JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 2 Q' ~. z0 @1 f+ g7 `* G! j
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ! y% @' j& B0 R6 c( H' K! A$ n: g
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
' C; _5 w$ k: h5 @of Course Pack production.

% ]0 ?+ p4 o5 Z) z) JDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& U4 g8 W5 e2 @7 ?+ H. C) x7 V
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
0 T2 E, {3 M( V; [ Q8 pof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.' N8 \8 @% a8 p# |* W$ D9 C1 ~- C
; J- Y6 V8 P) i: j! m2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including - L1 Z: b! R- B4 A1 L+ k) n
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting., k q" T R. T; T3 R
8 _2 p( w0 o% C0 i- c5 s3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
3 f* Z' u6 C' n% Rcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
( K2 s* A2 \& z: _2 F U: Rkeeping appropriate and accurate records.5 y: I' i% b0 k5 Z/ c
1 j& N6 t& X. u8 h& f" ^ b4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment : \5 A- `0 X, i7 ?9 u
failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
