JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
' y& A$ e; T) m2 A1 eSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
% ?4 B& e6 ~( H/ r# d$ USupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

$ R. T F# f0 w5 KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
0 Q) @/ n9 p: B" L/ J- V1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
1 R, m0 N. ]. z/ ]$ F* x; ]8 z( sof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.* w" a& I: s& S9 [* x8 ]2 `
7 x& F/ ?5 x* m4 I" f+ r
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
4 k, l$ D' [& R' Z) b9 X+ [/ _print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

; j& E" Y; u' W* c- z, q! b. i3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 5 h( \) F r2 k
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and % Q9 |5 I( d, x; `$ K
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
; C1 d" u5 Z9 O! K2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

9 S: s) r9 Q! y, ?0 i3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
