JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
9 {3 g) K7 T* `) hSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
* R J) g( m" VSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ; k7 \+ }0 x; d
of Course Pack production.

' t. j. z4 [8 A2 i! `$ w2 Q3 mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, B. a% h$ R. K/ o7 p
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 x, I$ O1 P$ X) @( N% Aof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.% [( E& G& S5 P3 X+ O6 E2 Z7 u# l; A
$ d( C! q. w; a$ t: @6 A* \; f2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
) {$ n6 `1 }/ {# N( p! fprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting. j% t3 _0 }$ I. B( R8 A/ c
# M" m. n. U# y# `/ W( m3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
0 v0 ~/ w2 j* s$ Ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and ) Z& {( ~' z# G
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
