O; i7 o: N" ]8 r9 \0 }( M& ?SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical : Z# w$ l1 L# C' u7 A
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects # v1 w% s6 O$ N" @ u
of Course Pack production.3 O# @. M6 M9 t- t v( M( W3 q
) f# U$ {- D' a( Z
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:8 n3 k4 m6 O% Y+ F$ q
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
& y9 \. S0 q3 n, c! ]* S* yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
* t5 W5 K- q9 Z/ r3 Y% @3 U$ u' Q, y) o5 M. r" Z
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 5 m: k. F0 T) T" h; |" o! g
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

0 j2 f" M y' C; g8 ?7 o, J3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
& }# R4 h$ k7 f) Y" n1 l) k8 xcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 4 M V$ w. d" Q1 p8 g* G( x) K
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
9 N' E) I' D N4 ]0 ?2 I$ _) Ifailures to the Operations Manager.& @. I; p1 o1 D! ~8 f
% v0 m0 p6 }" D6 R; j0 f5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 5 n' u0 n7 Q) i* y L
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 E7 p4 w* | X6 r1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent. d5 q% J; j, Z0 i, U. E
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
0 y. W& i }$ qskills.4 `: B3 l/ |5 X9 |
& [! j' Z/ j8 s# T& n
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.8 J( w9 |5 {" g$ Z
i% p% [' R7 T; S4 i, G
4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
