Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ H G3 D: [( O) b8 k$ m
of Course Pack production.

/ q& a$ j5 H- _( H# IDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:6 g3 [# ?- u! ^+ ~+ N
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ' F0 H" d1 B! e
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.1 Z) e/ |- `% ]6 A
( _4 h+ h, c8 b K3 | o# C
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 6 @ C& |% d& Q# }
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
% P1 Y* v1 Q# P5 R2 L+ D0 B5 d1 D
. T6 w5 i1 P8 H+ u( J9 d3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , a* b1 Q& S5 ~% y: f2 K
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

5 M) H7 X6 O5 P$ m: `: d4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, $ E$ M W* V! v3 p( R; y
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
