JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ' O, @ m6 B# X8 J: P2 P! v5 N
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical . J/ C' }9 L% ], l, S$ e
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects & V0 B4 f3 B; f" L" R
of Course Pack production.

" j& A8 ~+ B* {$ y. s8 vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 {0 U+ `) {" ~, L" t1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning $ H) t$ ~1 U2 Z; T
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
, g8 o f- I: w9 S: f, { o. y
5 Z6 i: Q/ K5 i! _) T8 L2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
6 w# y/ `+ j; q) w$ ~) gprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.8 h* m* g; { l$ ^; p7 p. x
' u! e# I" h6 t8 b3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 0 U) k( O: O% V; Y* r8 T
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
: R% C: B! _: g, G6 w- Z$ o! K$ Nkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

5 ]" g3 x8 C, Y/ n, r$ y& u) v4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment - q7 ~) ]9 N. d; N0 Z+ q
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 1 \+ j4 f: L" }9 ]- m/ }6 t
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:: a" f. ^* o- h. U# b2 C4 B
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.; f- f' U" e% o+ l8 E4 s
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ( r* M. i6 S) k7 T- X# F9 L3 j
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.0 b/ L3 e2 ^0 D" W* F/ M2 {
