我们在这里住了两年多，condo fee全包，什么都不用管，很是惬意。因为现在有小孩了，所以想搬去house。

1，水泥结构 (隔音好)
2，窗户大 (光线好，通风好)

另外，这里交通非常方便，就算是没车都没问题，所以对还不能开车的新移民也合适。也因为交通方便,很容易就能租出去，所以买来做投资也行。

我们降价主要是考虑家庭客观因素,对市场不具代表性,希望不要影响大家对市场的判断.
9 f0 [" _6 H! ^- a8 \当然目前市场上的房价和交易速度确实在往低走,这也肯定影响了我们的价格,但我想说的是,起主要作用的还是我们自己的客观情况,毕竟我们才list刚刚一周.
