positions. These opportunities can come up at any time and will give you valuable experience working in a
mainly administrative support role. You will put your administrative skills to the test working with Microsoft
6 }) N& i/ [" k& n& |2 q" a  G9 e0 XWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Your good communication and interpersonal abilities will be put to use
% H$ c# E/ n, O' {: F; h; Odealing with managers, executives, co-workers and the general public.

. L6 r7 s+ h3 _8 X* j/ H9 DQualifications: High school graduate, experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service skills
; _1 s, d# B7 Z% R7 z( sare required. Previous provincial government experience is an asset. Records management experience would be
desirable for some positions. Immediate availability is preferred.

NOTE: These temporary positions are usually full-time. Selected candidates will be asked to undergo a security
screening. We will be using this posting to fill our future short term temporary vacancies up to six months
