Royal bank lowered 5 year fix rate yesterday.

看新闻里提到这次降息是暂时的，等7月，9月各大银行提高利率时，贷款利率也会增加。

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%7 E, s6 O/ o! T! z+ f4 `
the variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now. % `8 m$ z$ L+ \0 e! Z& W
I do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .
