Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the b0 A. l# m8 v. [
festival.
* O4 b& r/ m# R0 d# @% nBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
5 u" Q3 Y; ^' S; Awork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft* S$ `4 z0 C: O& O) _9 o
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.% z# J3 x1 Q4 [' t8 b
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the/ u1 @7 m, J: S1 _. a
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
5 m1 V/ j- \4 B5 e2 t0 y' pEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
. _- T8 j& D w0 xvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the& M( W8 h. v/ ^
recyclables., z) r8 j% j0 f6 u, A7 P7 b
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be* X- B7 y& k j
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.7 F4 s- I& }! f9 a4 H
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing5 C2 r3 ^) I( Y- q
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late! |! J$ ]% ?2 } [9 r2 I
hours are part of this crew’s duties.7 H5 T+ t! `) _) P5 D' q7 ?; _
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the. R# i5 ?( T6 [+ z3 ~( }; n* p
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide& U2 n8 |! L# u- C$ U. X8 l
programs to visitors to the festival.- b! ^; l* _! ~ B r1 g
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
5 o3 d, _5 `+ Teveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
/ m3 c! B% [2 a% ^6 Y; }Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
5 b9 Q$ n5 u: A+ k0 K: b% \1 ]events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the( o# E" T! V: |2 G. g7 [

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is+ p$ {( m* v( I9 E7 H9 F
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
P) d/ n. B2 F& V2 f# qare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
) l- K! `+ k# r, \Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
~( O: }. \: j9 L4 K2 @% eand/or understanding of back stage procedures.$ r( y) g y }8 |, ~8 g
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be) f" C6 G& Q4 O' H$ i
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
, ?9 M1 [9 p+ |: jairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
