. ~" k' L# S# ?+ R8 z' ?" XOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

9 F+ w1 [+ O" G: p9 iDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
/ ?9 l. W& q$ g+ c
3 w. j5 X& G3 D( x2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
( o6 Y: W; g8 b% j1 ?5 a
( b5 ^, w7 V0 Q: e+ t3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

% o# t" x1 U% E9 r4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
* @4 L3 v6 Q" }! H! S# Z" P
. }1 `8 @4 D$ f8 f, W& V5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
$ u* T1 |! V% @# z* w
& ^" y4 i2 v, H9 V& b; A5 m( ]6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
$ M2 f1 k7 }* q8 c) j
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
* c/ ^) I% N& e* sManager.

. v' q" @- J( M& TQUALIFICATIONS;

3 q; [& |; Q+ W- k, v8 h9 f8 l0 t1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
* ]' S* }. o+ l/ i6 }, T3 n: d
! a' g9 E4 W0 B2 K' v2) Previous experience with food inventories.
) v0 F! B0 D: W6 T' ]  l
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
