JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
8 o" O$ b# m- M+ jOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, O2 J& M& F. |# ]8 @2 _& C
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
* ?* z, a, U( Z/ d: ]
8 O" S) {$ ~8 o5 h2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
4 J6 H) [1 I1 N
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ E- q+ o( c) {* o- d" P# N% x# wCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
' H  S" ]/ H0 w9 {; Q" v
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
$ {9 i5 r* D) [' r. N; Udeliveries.
  B# d# j  i: `: a0 I
/ G4 V# ^  O8 f; B6 J: |5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
. F/ C* _9 D6 y3 Y+ Y
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

6 B$ P+ l! z/ Z( ^* N/ s: K7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

2 N6 ?& l) X4 j! r$ o: S0 H1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

( T0 y( f$ k/ g! E7 y  U, ^4 H2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
