9 _6 C) l% z! QJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
5 W7 Z) i5 A- m1 s/ ?/ O' bfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
8 u. ~& d# N9 {+ h+ P8 }0 n& P3 peffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 I9 _0 m: b" L. P2 M1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
& q) p) f1 }7 D( g5 q
$ \' `) ]: J; `8 w/ b2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
6 [+ d1 Q: v! I7 y% e& B+ Q
8 K  X& B# w- Q' Q/ m3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
. m' {4 t4 M! M5 YRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured
6 T6 b, @7 t+ w
4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours
# @) e- n. O2 l) ^% U
9 T5 O( v0 m, k' d& D' N5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

( P) j! C9 r  B, _  Z2 f  |7)             Provide a high level of customer service
' X% H& t8 Z* N0 ^" u! y0 u
8 t" X% n. [# h# b8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
  r& @1 T5 i9 D5 \9 Q6 M6 ddate with regards to consignment data

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
$ _2 R3 K3 V* O) P) d. j5 M, G! }# WSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
1 q/ D/ [: j" a' zOperations Manager-Retail

- E) Z& A" i  {8 k+ b& XQUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

. X' M1 A- L* S0 a% i7 ?$ i6 a3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset
8 I0 L  J2 W* r9 ]4 D- O5 s: m
6 s7 d: X0 E% _6 b- {8 ], k& L* v4)             Strong organizational skills

7 c# s( l: \/ ^! L/ q$ `5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas
