effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:3 O' r$ T% {+ J3 R+ U: b
1) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
0 U" B, H3 g ?7 tRetail in the training of part time staff5 B0 I* D# a1 H- q1 b
1 I( u& u* F" R- j" a! c5 z2) Responsible for supervising part time staff and " _- X2 ]: U& ?
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
& d f; @1 v) r) @( u* Y* e2 c6 g; L
* x1 d" D& C( C: z" k$ W& N3) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
! a0 q* _. I3 k8 U% [" b3 cRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured1 } [, H) G) I7 h9 U# F; }+ w
2 u" M8 P1 w! h4) Capable and willing to work in all areas while working

5) Responsible for determining needs and finalizing 8 s/ Q$ U/ i$ p& W! X7 s+ W1 \
orders for external custom order clients: p/ w2 r8 O" |7 p) q) Q2 `% k

6) Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory ; f5 s, g+ W0 Z2 e$ w( Y+ i& P9 ~

7) Provide a high level of customer service- R% N4 ^9 Z2 w) e* W& m7 n) Q

I5 r! E n! i2) Post secondary education would be an asset

3) Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4) Strong organizational skills
