Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the

( U* P, D. }2 m6 b8 ~+ U# seffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:5 {1 [, S* Z4 c2 d n+ z" z
1) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager- 2 H t; t' i! v2 Y2 Y6 R
Retail in the training of part time staff

2) Responsible for supervising part time staff and
; {$ H. O* s$ oensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements' n& d$ @ p. x" \! d/ ^
0 _- L+ G/ N5 u' D3) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
( m* B) o& @+ G) rRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured6 j# D8 ` s$ n

4) Capable and willing to work in all areas while working

6) Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory
