Food Service Worker II - Food Services

8 L& }! j, J' s! Y0 n! YJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
" A( U, x+ a( A  Z1 u4 x( ?1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
8 O  J# o0 ?/ q) e% X, Pfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen

3 x# `4 p" Z' {3 u2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
0 @- b. J+ d- o. kper Capital Health standards.

work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

! _5 N1 J( w' CQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

& Z+ |3 [( e2 }' B6 t& r9 ~" v$ B2 Z7 C2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
+ @; W0 k* ?6 z5 B4 D) t
$ @, \; z2 ^" i' O% d3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
