) M: ?; H4 j* B7 @* ~! C' mJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
; u8 y: r+ m0 XOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
7 V* j: Q) q7 _, ofood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
0 K- r7 N( k! d% g# b/ w# ~) o0 z4 s  oarea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
; l: O0 |+ E- uclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
( Q& C8 O. B# D% a8 K) B
) R9 ^/ C) E* V! h* E" z# }3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
( O; [4 F- E& P5 bper Capital Health standards.

work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior

; A0 J2 R4 k6 W- w2 p# }8 Q" \1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
$ m6 d" S+ e  J) Z; `# Mfood handling and storage techniques.
; X$ C0 @4 g6 v9 T
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
  K7 }- L0 ~- G6 G: Y4 G1 I
3) Cashier experience.
6 E6 B% Z( H6 w, }) X2 s) Z
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; t+ I* Z2 z" Y; f5 o( ~" T5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
March 11th 2005 /Union Position

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express  
to eat while on shift break
