the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing - k9 ?& `6 l; F- Y! L
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations 2 z: x" S- l( `+ t3 f
across campus, and advertising the poll locations.

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

from the first working day after nominations close until the last day
% Y4 q1 d2 z4 E$ F" E3 bof voting. These hours are to be posted in advance.

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

14) To organize a minimum of one (1) forum to be held during the week

Union member.

8 @1 U0 \+ j/ V2) Must have some experience in student elections.

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
