well. each market has investors, users, speculators and flippers. The condos were gone so fast, it means that is a good buy, the market is strong and there are lots of support. I don't see it is a bad sign at all. 6 \" P; e# v9 F ( A0 ^' T: p- BIt is very cheap since it is in diowntown area and is a concrete highrise building. I wonder how many units are available at first as I called the realtor she told me most of them are gone?
