请教一个问题

如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

Landlord see all kind of leave early. They can accept that. We left 6 month early before the lease.
The landlord was actuuly very glad that we notified him 1 month early. He kept our security deposit though.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

3 _7 V% i% Z' ]% _: m看了一下原来的合同（第一年的合同）仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。

/ K" G& L% l7 G一般会多扣除一个月房租，你可以自己找个新租客。
