: f, c- e; T6 G* I% @8 I! Q•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
8 k7 b" K$ u  j. T" VKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
! M. V8 N6 N% z9 U, S•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
, B7 B, p% V$ _# e0 U9 e; T! V•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

3 ~5 O5 R( b: E8 K9 ^9 A2 ZREQUIREMENTS:

( A" ~3 ?) e# P: H: s! t0 [' {•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
% {) V# v5 u7 d: T•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
