•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
9 L, d8 R$ P  q- j" s3 ^5 CKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
" R  s. v& }9 q# \; z; Z. {•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
2 i$ R6 k9 z0 {( ]3 W•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.


REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
