POSITION SUMMARY:

8 s, P0 B4 x% a8 ^: D4 ?•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
! t3 K$ o+ p2 Q; ~! x$ N2 wKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
- O6 q/ p' G' P; A2 Q# i! d•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
1 |8 |6 }; M) `& q+ j* u•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
+ y: E2 C4 T1 D4 c* m$ G•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 w& `3 p& Y2 J•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
0 p4 F9 c8 K! ^, z  P, B& j•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
1 A% v8 c: d4 ?' V8 W1 Q0 `•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
