POSITION SUMMARY:
4 d; G, u2 F1 ^! |( w, B3 {$ x9 r
•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
  V0 T; i" Y. C; _2 b  d•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
+ `) Z; ~) J- n. H8 k- j1 Z•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
- A0 I8 |/ r9 B/ m# [* l6 J•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

8 ?: J- m0 |" z1 ~; F•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
2 p( ~+ b+ Z+ W# M" T3 D. k* m% Z•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
