POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
6 o  P4 ]  I% T* {" ^' R•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
: M% e/ j/ U" E* a- n1 e•        Manage store physical inventory.
3 {# [& f7 i' i/ |4 @•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

) D0 ]9 d. x6 p/ S; S, A4 rREQUIREMENTS:
% Q  ~5 w( S9 ]( l
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
7 K; F# A! ~) D1 v! `: U& ]- F* q•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 n5 B% p: f3 f0 v# _/ a•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
+ r. }) U" ~' m, q* R, r8 ]•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
