POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
/ n/ z! E& @: A* ^•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
9 C; l! z/ c4 r1 d0 J2 Y•        Control store-operating expenses.
* U# a4 T# E) g( ?•        Lead by example in company service standards.
5 b5 g8 r9 [8 E! m! c9 W: S* s•        Manage store physical inventory.
5 w: K8 h2 I; W. u- F0 m/ d•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

, h6 K: w3 l/ q, P: o% P, s) ?
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
# B6 L; c' H  w3 Y•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* v( L0 F  F+ H3 O1 t# |•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
