1 H" {% u; n' G. |7 ^Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
! \3 L% S) q+ P }• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.1 i$ q' J9 s8 F1 X7 q/ w
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays., R# y5 y( S `4 T( j% i. Q# s
• Control store-operating expenses.$ X- w, y- q/ [, T. s# k
• Lead by example in company service standards.0 z" u$ n8 y! m: b# d, k6 a; T/ v
• Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.3 q: U( Z' [+ x4 S1 N4 |3 W0 H
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.' ?8 J& q& ~0 \4 M' A! b
• Excellent customer service skills.
