4 g3 G$ o6 G5 u: u2 T" K2 F# ]•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
: s, a1 a. N3 l" f9 A, b, KDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) h5 x  j: I! g) q•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  a7 M" f5 |; m# V: H7 x: N, w•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
