POSITION SUMMARY:

" e! [7 e2 f( c/ f* ]5 G5 g6 I0 X•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 h$ Y/ ]1 I+ W4 A& jDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
  _: {" ]' B/ n' E0 Q7 U•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
/ u* f9 G/ b1 [6 z1 K•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

; ~+ {! P1 z2 C; K- ]+ R& q•        Lead by example in company service standards.
& E, ]; `- q7 Y8 z5 b0 b/ t•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
% [" q4 W' z- n% F•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
( N3 @( X9 C5 o) F•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
6 C; a) Q, Z7 g2 E+ O/ U# X•        Excellent customer service skills.
& `, L+ t; }2 V6 q4 M- z* j' P•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
% Y/ [2 q& n& U; h4 A/ q7 f•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
