1 g$ J6 R' o9 h•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 A& F5 j/ }4 eDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
, w9 D0 u1 f* G2 c5 e3 Q/ U6 r+ Q•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
# a: L. L$ J, x- \5 ]1 W* V•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  ^8 @( @/ J% C% Y( H•        Control store-operating expenses.
! S' S. B7 f, z( ~( X! g•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
! T! o8 ?( q7 T. w: Q8 d•        Maintain employee files and records.

: @& v( e% {% v: d' H% s' d3 R•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
& E0 I: r" Q. b( x& w) i* q. I•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
* z$ t% O+ @+ l& e•        Excellent customer service skills.
3 u/ m$ b% U$ v9 f' V( n2 c$ Z1 Y•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) F  Q" j# Z# ]. Q•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
