6 U0 [% T7 T- h! U* A( q9 V•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
* b" ~7 v% K  SDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
' o7 z7 O: \* l* h•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
' h) M( D0 q% [2 }( T9 C' h/ P* [•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
0 n/ f  q6 ]- L# d•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
! T! m4 L- g. Y- u1 {- T( x" E( `•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
6 j5 V4 G4 g+ M' V) G: O  t
% S' B- t5 B, ^•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
; [2 S6 f+ s0 T•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
