POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
* Q1 j& w% v0 nDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
4 h: g( t8 ^! {) @3 _9 R•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
4 j3 u/ x  P2 D: C•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
- {2 \6 B6 n# Q7 H! E/ ?' U•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

2 `! `+ L0 W' ~2 D& K2 i: sREQUIREMENTS:

5 J( l; }  e9 F3 ^2 X•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
6 c/ N: ]* Q4 B  Y3 u•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& o# P; s# y2 D& }6 G+ J  \•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: C; Y, n! E0 b1 K' `6 m# N+ E•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
