• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.3 F- I3 b1 |5 Y0 F. N! R. u1 ]
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.5 q. ]' c2 b9 o8 Z" H5 ^7 q

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.8 w4 F; z) S9 p
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
