POSITION SUMMARY:* w; _: d4 q! X

• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
* Q1 j& w% v0 nDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.2 x5 P) c" m; D
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
4 h: g( t8 ^! {) @3 _9 R• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.1 R D/ W k" x4 {
• Control store-operating expenses.
4 j3 u/ x P2 D: C• Lead by example in company service standards.+ G( l) k ~: n9 X5 N! R# H* o
• Manage store physical inventory.

6 c/ N: ]* Q4 B Y3 u• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& o# P; s# y2 D& }6 G+ J \• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
