POSITION SUMMARY:
0 _6 j+ [1 J! l- k
•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
$ n- q4 N3 M. P* ^3 RDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
6 J7 F, W& D5 O* Y6 x& J•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
) {/ i# t% B% H" K4 e•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
! }2 |7 P& L, t•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

4 t9 Q$ ]9 q5 S* P0 ^2 K. T•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
, I) w- o! [' w•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
# Y: a8 P) ]' s) H( s3 }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
) m* y% k. {4 Y, y7 F•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
' l: i$ B* J- _' g•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
