POSITION SUMMARY:

• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
" l& W& @, a$ E5 s0 oDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
0 [# {4 P7 E; K* _/ c) o3 f• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team./ d4 T- i$ \, K
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
. @: w* D. E% }( U9 w1 h• Control store-operating expenses.( K, O$ ?+ J9 E( g. z U$ _
• Lead by example in company service standards.2 x: }; t5 f! h8 ~( w. M+ h1 J" K
• Manage store physical inventory.

• Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:! H5 m. i1 ]+ W: }+ A! O+ q
4 W. X! K4 m. ^2 g• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
" V/ r5 ?) b3 Q• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
4 `4 E( a# l- q4 m: I$ h0 Q• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
