Role Details
" d$ i8 N5 ]6 X3 P+ u3 n' T1 b3 F8 iHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
  v4 \, x, E$ A% NLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
2 n+ ?: k. D/ Q. S- g2 rInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
! i$ d* `; g! i8 U+ E/ T: V3 V  eCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
) u* n- X7 L' t0 Y- n3 }3 }+ R2 vUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
