p.m., Monday through Friday

0 B% t0 J7 G. \JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
' A$ h( A8 Q0 u! K( d5 f3 jOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

7 s2 V1 C* e6 M. X) `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2 d" H1 f7 j, {0 g: ?$ G2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

& Z/ g. r1 {0 M3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

/ o, S+ F( M: P, ?. q4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

; x, I% V8 L: q2 s, A# T6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

$ V+ w/ S0 @2 J% \ To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

9 I& x/ {- v1 ~4 pQUALIFICATIONS;
4 ?7 h2 `0 k8 y9 r4 t) K1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
6 S0 ?0 [5 Q7 U$ c3 Yknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
! \- d5 X8 N$ X; C2 _$ x
3 {; b) p* @( ~# z; ^3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

- ~4 k- ]/ H/ \# c5 w: \! U- d" @2 B7 S5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
