p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
- H: @9 p# O1 s- R% _# I$ mOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

  A) [6 m" g5 F3 qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

- L+ F- Z* a1 w4 P0 O/ d" g3 e; w2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
0 Q; o+ {' u5 c" l: E7 \
: M% {' f; `. I/ z2 B2 X3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

$ M% [& A2 Y5 H3 X) T: A' ~4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

+ k. d% b$ D9 |& D; P/ Q5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

9 ~: e! ~: \# C5 k% s7 B6) Perform monthly food inventory.

# M6 n+ `$ o1 E7 c7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

! g7 u1 e0 r/ i- y/ i To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
' e: C( c' @* m- c4 \$ P1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
7 c+ j- z! j7 Aknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

3 y" A, I- F& d! N5 P; s  d0 ]' U2) Previous experience with food inventories.

# ^" B& z* _. F3) Cashier experience.
4 E4 ^: U$ n: Q+ x  h+ X( r/ t4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
. L5 A. s8 k/ F  T3 O# m/ E
5) Very good public and staff relations.

2 d  B" w; _4 R* p1 t6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
