4 h- R1 E8 n1 ?- V- Y) S% c: N3 MDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, ?: {7 f8 i2 I; B, @8 Y, K1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 1 j, ?/ e5 K e n( K
beverage items.

! T+ ]5 n- a/ _" n. [2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

% ^2 P6 N/ E. x" j- [ W$ R' j3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
$ W+ T) L$ w0 z. Ieach shift, and upon closing.

0 c7 ]( U( T5 l& l# }9 c0 ?& ?4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

0 [. W" Y' H4 O8 }9 Iseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.$ y" n8 F% u' |# }# O/ i

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 8 _ @1 ]5 E% O b1 Y" p
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol u9 n' E5 W3 o, l7 I
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
1 C% K& }0 g0 e$ T2 ^monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a - A8 e% Q5 Q# g1 X. W& f0 { H* n
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in & G8 G6 ^" u; X7 G4 {# L6 e) @- U
accordance with Students' Union policies.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume ! x* s+ _, N; w) W" [# g
operation.
