Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! B8 k% c# U9 h: f1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and ( @& K }$ C- u8 k2 A, R8 m# ?
beverage items.

! j! F. p- i) B6 h9 s; V" g2 b2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
0 J1 Z7 L3 p5 G H7 o" g& G0 fbar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of # U% S9 \, c5 \- i0 V/ M" j8 U
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 9 Z0 C, y0 l# H9 W' k4 d' V3 g
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

# I' V/ M' i, B+ p* zstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.% l! c+ @$ \2 X; N

high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

QUALIFICATIONS:! u+ W4 r r' ^' P" L
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

* ^ B( {- h& J0 R# T2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
, w) }9 A# ?' Goperation.) j7 S, ?3 O' o. u0 l/ Q
; n; j; L5 w% Z) M7 m2 O% ^: c2 b3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 1 B/ d# j/ {3 u* {* x" r t

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
