JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the
; T8 v2 O! I( p/ X4 w, i" vOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

4 w. H2 C" K# N- a/ K. a1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 2 p- w c( l) T& @
beverage items.3 B8 ?) w+ ]3 z% O! R- h

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the $ a" _3 E" T' m0 P( f* A
bar and debit floats./ e% n- {/ r# `+ K+ N
' G, n' Z* F5 H \% P8 b% U3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
3 X) n/ e0 ~1 p7 C* leach shift, and upon closing.& Y6 E0 k& D. r( ?) j1 R

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
6 Z# d/ ^. p3 J) d- j3 i2 Zattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
" x+ p( W z# V0 qseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.. f1 E y+ ^4 C$ X3 O
3 _+ S$ \4 r! f& A6 t; Z5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
! i! z5 K" j: S+ i* Hstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 2 b. z: ?9 D" |9 G! U
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

* V- c" [! ?8 \6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close 1 A* F7 \0 V' u2 L! ]8 u1 g, v
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 6 u5 t- ` w. Z; y# u ~
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in
6 t$ `3 O- s% U, j0 Y, aaccordance with Students' Union policies.

/ L9 x$ V3 W3 ^0 @. }1 N, t2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
! O3 J9 T0 w. b8 [operation.8 ]6 j+ A: t- P, n ?. S
, n9 q) ]# ]8 U- b7 H3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
