JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, , N9 [9 E; Z3 S# r; N% x3 A, o
cleanliness and order in the bar.8 G5 G- ~' u& v( L
+ ]' B. p. @' L: A6 a$ HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( ~% H- P/ v7 r2 x1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 3 @# F# l0 a3 q- ^( n# n
beverage items.. s% M- V1 o3 g/ ]% z

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
$ ?$ |+ Z! Z% n( F, ubar and debit floats.

( j K) R/ I& }+ j" [# H3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 3 c$ d. ^! W* k0 D2 i

2 A3 a- t3 C$ H$ q; M3 [4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
4 U7 C) S0 R5 t( I$ M" _. Yattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 0 G: L3 O6 X* W
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.9 c. |# A* Y: }3 o! N
, U/ P% z3 I* I. W: J5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
3 U+ ^9 [) Y6 r0 Xstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
9 J/ r- ^# {1 \* A+ F1 Oproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

- R) @# @0 s& m& }6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

8 U5 D! b. b) T: c8 {' T: h7 R$ s2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
