carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
% n6 j" r3 C% L- ] p; u1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage o' A) s5 z- }# y9 n3 B
orders.

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a - q7 S/ k0 W6 x( w5 s W4 A/ A- a
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in ; v! Y( J1 _* \7 C3 U" X. q8 J
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 7 r! ]2 p3 x5 e; x+ f# z
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.
! a; L& Z9 X& y2 M7 R2 Z% E- x5 c$ H8 T+ \$ s% I
4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, * o7 y7 L0 l% ~, }
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal $ C+ y; u$ d4 \# [6 Z Y
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

9 ^( U+ |5 f$ {, E8 X# a5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate ; p" } q8 B$ ~+ a2 y1 k
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.5 y6 K1 d. E2 M/ n( n2 i C
3 x& w0 O; ^. _2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
0 h* e1 b2 h9 H8 ^! p8 }operation.- T5 Y* d# l: ^7 J

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge
