We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

$ S8 L3 p: z7 r5 j  @Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

3 z  Z% t( O$ K& }0 I& T; l2 W7 ~1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
  T# q4 ^! z, s5 h% ~3 Q; M$ `4 m3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
8 A  U! \" Q; Q+ f; n: E, R4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

% J; Z% C3 b8 N+ h1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
5 ^: G( k' w8 _. n  h. J3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
" c0 M' v9 f. R2 b- w" `- J5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
4 U, Q" e+ f+ j. i* I2 _6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
