  • 邮件沟通:使用中英文emails联系中国办事处、货物代理公司及北美客户
  • 物流跟踪:负责油田化工品运输的跟踪与协调,确保按时交货
  • 团队协作:与公司各部门协作,保障供应链运作顺畅
  • 文件管理:整理和归档物流、商务文件,确保数据的完整准确
  • 样品与库存管理:负责样品收发及库存记录维护

    “Trick” in Probation + Reduced Pay
    7 d# t; w( @$ ]* U6 K, L7 j* @This is where your suspicion is very valid:9 Z# b: ^) x+ y0 ^- b

    They offer $60K–$70K after probation, but only $40K during probation — and can fire you before probation ends.' b! |/ [3 H7 j) e5 p

    $ j" x% m7 k$ [& `& ]+ }4 K" vThis raises red flags:
    $ J8 S  Y6 R) Q8 T/ |9 d( G  E
    $ K( L+ A, w" pIf they never intend to keep new hires past probation, and just want to pay less for 3 months of full work, that’s a bad faith employment practice.2 e& d* u7 H: S1 Y8 |2 _2 A6 r% ^
    " x. P( W' E% N# |) ^% b
    It could amount to constructive dismissal, misrepresentation, or fraudulent hiring, depending on intent and repeated pattern.

      V& p* n; r$ h! {% hIf challenged, a court or tribunal may side with the employee if there's evidence the employer is abusing probation to get cheap labor and avoid legal obligations.& h) D7 |- _& ~) ?

    Ask upfront:

    “Why is the probationary salary significantly lower?”

    Get everything in writing:
    ! V3 v- M& S3 y% g) Z. p" N4 ^
    Especially promises of post-probation raises or bonuses.

    - ]* k) k: K8 H8 J- o! T6 yCheck Glassdoor or Reddit:$ n9 D( X2 q4 {1 I0 n
    / v" c5 ?, @+ }
    See if other employees mention being let go before the probation ends.. g% x+ z# h1 L5 X+ v$ ^

    Be cautious if:  s- d8 H8 x" U8 d

    Several people seem to go through the same probation trap1 T; S8 r/ `) [- D- u
