  • 邮件沟通:使用中英文emails联系中国办事处、货物代理公司及北美客户
  • 物流跟踪:负责油田化工品运输的跟踪与协调,确保按时交货
  • 团队协作:与公司各部门协作,保障供应链运作顺畅
  • 文件管理:整理和归档物流、商务文件,确保数据的完整准确
  • 样品与库存管理:负责样品收发及库存记录维护

    “Trick” in Probation + Reduced Pay0 h) }- y0 R" n& R
    This is where your suspicion is very valid:
    % S! @2 E- R: W* G0 p+ G8 h3 q, A9 ~7 F* P/ ?1 k4 G
    They offer $60K–$70K after probation, but only $40K during probation — and can fire you before probation ends.& k1 a0 P8 M$ @  L/ y

    4 X/ Z" r% x, K! B$ }* RThis raises red flags:, @" f& Z3 J1 L. J* x
    ; T' H" F% n/ ^/ R+ a
    If they never intend to keep new hires past probation, and just want to pay less for 3 months of full work, that’s a bad faith employment practice.9 s- S, L" R1 S6 j$ a8 {

    % z# @4 X6 M6 X  _% V9 BIt could amount to constructive dismissal, misrepresentation, or fraudulent hiring, depending on intent and repeated pattern.
    " f6 l2 b) u6 P# E- `( ~* X, p9 c6 k1 P2 j4 N; p! Y
    If challenged, a court or tribunal may side with the employee if there's evidence the employer is abusing probation to get cheap labor and avoid legal obligations.
