Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week

Requirement:

2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
7 h" _ |) r9 u3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
$ j' y2 c( ~* U# d4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
$ b! U0 B; ^: `: s2 J5. Has class 5 drivers license
" D3 K1 k9 [4 z4 w1 P* M: i6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
! J) c3 _' p! y1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools$ G6 x1 O7 }5 D9 R7 V
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
( U2 V% f1 X. ~/ r7 k( J' t3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties+ Q6 [* J3 `+ C: G/ ~
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices/ t/ p/ @ a% @6 c% v
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs2 _1 p- i6 }( H6 H4 U
