Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required., ]) t3 D5 d# B
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.$ {1 a0 S* z: D6 M& z% j" @

9 |* P' x* S" l W) dPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
$ }) h' L/ s2 ]9 z0 pSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.$ T6 N! ?, N1 g5 s; m5 w
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
