Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance
9 S) v! s4 Q, g oPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
6 x/ e& r3 t5 r9 ]9 I0 n. w3 k$ e1 sMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities. i% M. V$ p) ?2 h j
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.4 Y3 x6 T2 l$ n( h3 U; N
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.0 a8 o+ p6 G& C5 ^1 a& C
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.2 o$ x7 }2 k+ N c- ^; y4 }
