We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.: A, N9 }* u( h( n1 k9 v' O3 L# v

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.' G) F6 l5 E) ?# ~( U! m. L) I
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required., r* y% a" }' I4 v( W' E A
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.* d" J1 G! }3 H7 Q. h- Z
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
. }4 {6 G- A% h' AEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
