Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.7 Q$ t- u& [4 I+ w

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.: U4 a6 G. E) b/ Z/ |. [# N
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.- e1 C" w+ Q: S. D1 B
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
