As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.% R; i" B F7 |0 P& O: V
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
& ^' b. I3 d" F+ p4 \/ z: {1 Q% ?( G( JEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.( x( T4 l" a, a3 \( Z8 C7 h- |
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.3 A+ ?0 X' W* `) K$ W# x
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
