We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.9 s) G( w# G. Y0 y5 d! t

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.) R) B+ Q( \+ M0 C
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.+ D, M$ _: N1 @* r
