" S( ^% P. n0 _4 N  ISalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
/ l7 F, l5 M3 _4 o) p" fanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
8 b; B5 {+ p4 A: c. j/ z/ Kaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
  D, s4 e- [+ [9 Zpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
- ^& O  p& X6 b% G- ~proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
