The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

* d2 e7 l4 w/ b5 SDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
/ A/ i, V- N2 Z' K( u' g- Manswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
& |% s- I( b+ ?* J) j* V1 }maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
0 o" i* |' K* k- Badmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
% A  R9 S6 g2 d- e6 f8 l
% H/ C& R5 q0 [; l: T8 ~/ }" k  xQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
: t4 o/ C0 [6 a2 r8 H5 f: s( ppeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
" Q% C$ r7 Y! o+ T7 `1 S2 N& oskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
