$ p+ C+ e; Y& ]/ V! l" g0 O  gnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently
+ e3 U& }  ^# k) ~' c* Ridentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
