Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
# o( a% |4 Y2 s! z7 c3. Maintenance requests follow up
  ]' G; H2 {8 f' r- d5 a9 O4. Handling phone calls and emails
$ G/ r2 n  P9 g, l  ]5. Bookkeeping
: ^7 u6 a, S8 ~3 S% [6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
