! S4 o$ V# f1 F& W9 vBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
) m4 @7 ]3 Z$ Q. ^Duties and Responsibilities:
0 V2 R, g$ m) S' o" g% @% {4 y1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
3 w6 I1 Y5 G  F# ]: l4. Calibration of Equipment
' n6 @% |; `; Z/ }7 N5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
8 E2 q) m8 g; I9 ~8 Y7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
: C- X7 H) l3 @3 ^8 @/ w" b2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
# X6 s, a5 M! Q0 n2 ]& \9 K3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
