Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

. x3 s2 P5 ~' z1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
1 @( b% }3 z# S3 ^2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 u. c, T, E1 ?) l) g: P) O4. Calibration of Equipment
7 h# K* D/ t# {5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned

0 @% p1 ^' \3 j% Y. K1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
& ]) u( K9 c% E- S# I. o9 S2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
