Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
8 v6 C* a" h; {" r% h, R1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
" |. V+ L! z. Y0 c# \3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
) _' o/ K7 Y8 T  q- _6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
" D$ J* [) ^6 F2 @( a7 K, v7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
, V  g* a5 j8 w) g# \9 \! j* s1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
