Plan meetings and take detailed minutes3 k! `% W) d0 B2 j( t. L5 P
Create email templates for operations department3 K H) B0 P5 Z& |4 c
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports3 q n7 e: V% P( c
Develop and maintain a filing system; x4 o; C6 X1 Y5 q
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; r4 v, z# Q% X- m4 o# L
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
