Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs2 D' Q8 n3 u6 U7 U' C
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail: j7 j) w" h: C% e# W( T% c
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
