Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' B7 ~, K1 [) `1 J1 `Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
8 t& ~3 m/ w! mŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
& B+ H8 a9 ~% g: Z0 z& f  ^! w% GŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 N' V$ F* L$ HŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ l7 f9 M% h) AŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( N& I8 |1 D$ W, w# m$ m6 q7 DŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# Y* n, E2 ~0 ^$ m! MŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

9 g: ]* l8 G" A# B- k5 U  aŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Ÿ   Computer experience required.
4 I# [  A; [# hExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
