工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
, s7 M' u3 P! Z4 ~+ zŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
. D/ E7 \& x, N* p# l. BŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
, _/ B& m+ D0 g7 b" c9 [Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
1 o6 u- n4 C' ~* _  H" T, AŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- r; ?, L( M; O, x( R# n8 T( sŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
  U5 N4 o/ ?) ~+ K( AŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
) M1 L; ]4 A' `/ m8 Z! i. @/ jŸ   WHMIS
: f: j' \; @4 i. dŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
2 Q  @3 f$ q, q. {4 L; tŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
