工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
4 T% K; Z9 e2 p3 QŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
/ o# z+ U) h, h% kŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
! Y/ {4 b; k8 e% j. l任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
. E- O. N# d0 z+ b8 W9 HŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
0 x4 B. U) u( H8 ^# r+ J  hŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
& N+ \0 r* i) W$ y1 ^# \Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

/ H( ]" n1 Q- q! W' _( dŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 F/ J6 M1 c5 Q* V6 G: T! xŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ d) y2 j8 I6 }4 I* B, B& ?  W# OŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
7 B1 m: y1 j7 Z0 TŸ   Computer experience required.
4 P# h) @! M, }: JExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
