工作职责
$ U: G+ g" H% @0 ^2 }7 A, v, [Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
# ?4 N5 q. z  r! R" t6 X2 tŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
# f) s6 s1 P; C: z/ @5 V) j- `/ \Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
6 L9 D) h/ ~' r. U: \' j" ]Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! x% Q, r# t/ z# t/ j" G/ n, tŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
% B. Z5 K! ~5 {- G8 G5 j$ `Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
/ U+ B4 _1 X1 l% H/ `Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
! S) i* d* B( w% }4 A, ?- B- pŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
$ L9 S, m5 @1 w4 AŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 g* v# `% c; d6 J/ fŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
8 ]$ Q( H' c0 B7 ~Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
