Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: F  y: `! _5 e( a% A! h0 nŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

, a3 I7 u2 C- u5 G+ }# B4 B3 cŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
6 k1 r: K. z- c- lŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
: w/ b2 R" ?% [; w: t4 cŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7 L5 C( N4 [- p4 h) |; PŸ   WHMIS
# v/ @% K# U) o! m# }Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
1 F' b1 ~" Y5 ^5 ]Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
