工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& {, t5 E1 |; n% y  dŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  J2 ?7 v! e" X$ g" ]8 JŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
# Z. H; y3 v* k+ X, p, wŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
4 G2 l& x9 Q, k1 Z8 x8 Q5 |0 hŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* ], p* a# @  y2 p1 s+ R& R9 GŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.

) h) \9 a2 g! L4 tŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

* G, H' @; B. U" Z' N/ q; P" \Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
. k% B! r; o8 d" R# ZŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
7 ^& e. W4 Q7 `5 d: U' I, mŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
8 G3 G, w8 A4 I  y% `, lExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
