- ^3 r6 o# w3 c3 b) R8 c& c1 aThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
! N8 @6 k. O6 a5 G+ e0 U& V1 ?Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
6 a( \9 H8 ^* f7 n+ rProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
8 @$ t) F1 I" S& G$ vMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
+ U( D6 g/ a8 k) M7 }7 s. _- [Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
5 V' K: d; V% Z5 kMaintain daily production records.
