-Position: Sushi Food Prep (Hiring Full-time & Part-time)

The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
: W2 z5 ~; I- D6 W# i, U-Job Responsibilities:
6 d  @/ l  F0 O& _& a  hCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- X0 s# K. x- `4 C1 Z  PProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
: U. n9 L* j8 n$ H7 T) ~. ?Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
4 {5 w8 N, b+ b8 z, X7 S7 D4 D: MOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
-Qualifications:
