-Job Description
0 K. @+ k) ?" U  a7 o/ \7 zThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
" R% _% _9 T: L! \5 mEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
9 p5 N  f+ s" o/ }9 `Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
2 X) B# Y& m) I' V. jMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
3 h+ [7 H) E7 |! Z0 H+ iOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
& d# B! C3 W# S" ^' e$ v3 {; I/ D5 XPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
