Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.2 N& G& A0 I! @4 t
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.! `3 M& ]3 I+ r& J
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.* f# a9 i) x' {9 q
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.2 a9 A' I8 A2 H) U8 M) k6 B
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.% N4 U+ b, j7 I8 E! {
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.& C; M: i' ^: J7 B) Z4 p
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.4 D N" A- h: \# O' Q% q
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.4 Z: @0 Z7 T5 Z- f$ S8 C* L" c2 A
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.& V, P! p! r1 g* |) k# E
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
