Job Description
6 ]! Z) x& A0 |) j& B. ]Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
( c/ G T1 V+ S3 \Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.0 p7 L- K6 \# Y& Y, ?
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
6 ^5 i/ B! V1 M6 M: aResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.8 H& W4 j/ O; F* x; J- ]
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.1 }4 I! G& N- a5 v& F, z f
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services./ F' j! p {) M- Z. m7 n6 U4 R$ Y9 {
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.3 c z* `6 \8 ?( s. I @) p
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.* Y" j; U" f: J9 c6 Z9 p
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.- ~) O3 T8 D2 Y% c- ^7 c
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
