* D5 O" @$ M9 W% {, R! y“It is clear that housing prices have not yet peaked,” Carolyn Pratt, president of th Edmonton Real Estate Board said Wednesday, releasing the March sales figures from the Mutiple Listing Service.

Edmonton-area prices averaged $398,476 for single-family homes and $325,339 for all housing forms.: T7 J+ b0 d& _. h

In only the first three months of this year, average home prices have climbed 12.4 per cent, so Pratt has abandoned her earlier forecast of a 15 per cent increase for the full year.
