CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

) m$ d* j, B# R! e+ `6 Q1 x) hResponsibilities:
2 R8 {/ ^$ H" ?•        Manage all accounting transactions
( j* Q2 F! {; D/ i$ y! H•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" C& b* r  V+ n3 W" G•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
6 i/ ~% u' R( v! a* n7 [- {+ f, `•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
1 L1 w/ U7 ^; `2 w2 f/ ~/ t) M•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

4 ?2 i. D, M5 W•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

: _% j" H) C2 P/ b•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
