CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
0 n& P$ ^6 V1 R•        Manage all accounting transactions
$ v8 q  C% G2 x0 h1 H/ n7 I: C•        Publish financial statements in time
" \% |) L2 A1 s6 a3 z1 j•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
% y1 }. K$ q1 x  G6 B•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# W9 b* N. P/ ]4 ]- G! f•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
/ z2 \8 `' W( l& H3 c7 n3 q. C•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

% h+ f( g6 W3 }& l. o0 i. bAccountant Requirements:

; A4 W& {, n, |- h3 N•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 D3 A- y% b0 w; n3 ^* P6 K7 L6 ^! A8 c•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
! N; W0 O4 ]% k% {) U" J" U•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 P( v* d# `3 [% G1 @* e1 e•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
