CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

# Z/ T5 b, g* f0 lResponsibilities:
" o0 i+ h" [1 i# D•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
' M4 I" r  m2 b+ x8 D•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
6 F- q' y8 ~( V# ^$ o  ?* O- U( t•        Ensure timely bank payments
! C) k: H. m2 b' S" Z- }4 W6 g•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
6 I& q$ R0 g, \" T" v•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
5 J3 Y! B3 a" x$ T•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
0 m2 C- L2 P5 B9 [•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
* v3 T$ y$ D, d
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 ^# F7 D+ M+ ~•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
5 ?7 j8 _# D# Y" m' L8 q% J•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
* ^5 o( T: j- r•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
# C& q- p. i( _+ X& C* E$ o: W•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
