CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
1 X! J- R: i4 {& J& H. b! y, f•        Manage all accounting transactions
( _8 n! T1 e7 `, X2 Z9 a8 Y•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 i6 Y6 V: W& ^2 W+ [& `5 Z•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
4 ^, Q& n! o- Z0 I6 v; u
  E4 c4 t2 H  w- h8 ^, e3 K" t9 @•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
# Q3 k- ]6 U4 E" y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
9 I( N3 X) V. N: I/ [' s6 M•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
' M- q/ a7 O- H' P•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
