CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.9 e. H" J% u, d4 c$ C

• Manage all accounting transactions) f5 c, s$ V+ j0 {5 x3 E! z
• Publish financial statements in time
& [- s# D9 S% }2 ]& F1 q• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& G2 Q$ T* M% J• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" k' ~. p' e9 p+ J* n* Z• Ensure timely bank payments# L# Z2 Y2 R6 ]/ U( y8 Y
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
) W5 e; G# {9 O) L* o• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.- C/ N: I# a4 N* t8 c9 a8 V) a
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

! P# z: J1 o: w9 a" @1 `" Y8 y) G( c$ F1 n4 K g3 j
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).) |7 j' _8 g* a2 @6 K; `
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 {+ N) S- K$ B, x$ y: W, {• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
$ I- S: f8 n* t% [1 ~* `• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
: B7 q; V, p; q# q' \• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.$ _/ U2 K V. D/ s4 S
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.% o! x2 G, t; }) Z. G3 m V
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
; r9 s( l* ]1 I: ?7 z/ ]5 T; h• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.; P( e6 {: e2 L; E$ \9 h; n# b$ d
