CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

# n3 C, Y" n. W* x4 s6 R2 p0 ?/ dResponsibilities:
  [' q4 |, [3 \9 ?$ w•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
$ [9 @" L0 A4 b•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 V  v  t9 k/ D5 z. A! [5 w•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 B7 z/ ^4 z* R•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
, U/ a  t0 H! u# t, {•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
' Y6 A! [" b$ H2 G•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

8 c% o& r# K. l, p" I' {Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
5 Q9 W! u! n! O$ |" ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
