Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
* D+ U: g# s- ?$ S• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

0 u* {, A: q. E$ G: u, ~/ M• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
' ~$ e8 V+ q2 r• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
2 N5 Y2 t# g% |% C• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.

9 X/ f% P. z; H5 W! ~• Ability to work independently and self-motivated

• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
  U8 B  U8 e' O• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

( f# h: a: j4 r• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
