Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
8 w2 j7 D# Y  i& B/ |- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
# K, F+ [+ t3 q1 c5 [+ a- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.

- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
