Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
( T+ J; b: H6 l$ {7 J# B-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
4 l/ |1 X8 d! W; R-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
! A- h2 \  p8 C, ^-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
/ k0 C$ f+ T% Z( Y) W-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
% g, V, Z6 [9 l8 \- G-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
1 a! k2 e: V, v6 Y! x$ K9 O-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
9 S# h* z% E2 V/ |2 Y-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
  w, r: Y2 K/ d1 B-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
