Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
9 s1 N% C1 A% W6 L2 V-Completion of a post-secondary education
6 v$ Y4 @5 |. v9 ~% o-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
( H: O- F& f. o# Q: A9 y/ X-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* ~6 _  O8 M4 N. ^-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
/ I! \" A9 l" n/ z7 }' X-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
/ U1 T) y  B8 v+ h3 t# s2 A4 \7 v-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
: A: a; E8 q1 x9 h6 \' {-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
' ]8 U4 b+ ]4 {, [% B-Sales Experience is an asset
" U) j5 I: e$ d+ }7 O+ A) k5 k-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
