-Completion of a post-secondary education
- o0 o) J! ^6 C& B-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC2 [8 l1 {% P1 e
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)1 }6 g$ Z$ r; i
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public9 |3 m6 N4 a- [( _# E* v/ e, O- M; e
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets

-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
