/ ^1 Y2 d [+ T2 P. I" A6 K% e( JPLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
$ j+ f; Z- G& v: A: AConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
# d; ?+ G i) O( zRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
% j2 O$ b/ A7 s$ D) dCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
6 d/ @' p9 ?, @2 u' c' EInterpret and follow contract and customer specifications
6 U4 j5 t& M: x" e' D2 M" RContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.
# S: y9 ^ P' v2 X6 wManage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.
$ D I+ a# Y3 G( fLead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed1 `' d1 }9 c5 s; H! E5 D" D
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
: ]: o4 u% D4 R9 a, X' G) ~' nProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution. y( J6 D( \% ^2 G, b; ]. I" w
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed
4 l. n* z- g* o2 oEstablish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
, D, M1 i) b2 S& ]" @9 `* BExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)+ S5 `4 o) J! J* W% q8 _5 X
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
+ l, O: ?- f6 P I" w% b3 oWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing3 w+ c. `+ [6 \
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure
- A3 n7 q, W3 D6 COccasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College/ c5 K8 y+ ]" x' c6 I# f) _" s- Z
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
7 e' A6 A( b# KAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
$ b8 G1 i0 |( w% D }1 GExperience interpreting process control documents./ \: l8 f& g% R! ^4 S, ?
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities' }# E7 e% {: w
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
2 }. D8 z3 P5 u* M/ A& U3 O8 ]Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies! g9 H+ ~' w7 f7 y( [+ b8 D
Valid passport and driver's license.

Understanding of hydraulics and fundamentals of fluid mechanics and previous experience with water treatment systems
4 M# z1 e' F6 c' H, z$ G3 dStrong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
2 h+ F: k, u8 W" O+ L( p0 p5 k% RMechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
7 p7 Q2 [5 b- q8 U6 \Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment4 j! m4 m ~* J% c5 o. H( b" X
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents0 H3 |" |4 `5 d% }
Ability to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision
