- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)
- Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required

- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
* h1 Z8 w1 ?/ Q9 @: ^# v3 S- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
- Send orders to warehouse to process
+ T; r7 h) z" x; h& s. c3 p- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
  E8 x/ {! Q7 ]6 ~- Follow up and report about order status
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
: P5 K% o1 z$ e/ y- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
: C- `2 [! H' \- L- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
2 Q0 _6 U0 [, Y- Point of contact with Factory in China
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
: d! z( u. d' [+ {- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
4 y0 f/ O" e( |* \  A8 v# F- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

II.        Logistic:

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- W3 U/ x, ^- B, J- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
' c: N' C, T9 u8 L7 l& w- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
, Z% H: V/ K. _9 o$ y( ]- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
+ g/ {2 R! v; u+ @3 }- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems
- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner

- Work out Weekly Sales Report
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts

0 Y2 `1 V0 g. c4 H( {& q/ ~9 o& e- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
