- Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

- Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

Job Duties:

- Order Acknowledge by email
6 x' W* w/ C4 T( e- Order Checking according to guideline

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
4 x  c( m+ u) m5 S- Send orders to warehouse to process5 \$ K5 V3 \( p* `8 t5 S! M, a9 q
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

  R! @$ Z, A4 d1 _2 @- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently/ E* u0 h! B* y! s- E" i
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
9 f. {# I& U( ?8 X6 p3 z- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal$ K9 W7 r+ _* X& o; u" k
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
0 R$ r! S' u/ O! k5 C6 @. L; l- Point of contact with Factory in China
9 G3 s9 ?/ f0 G. f6 h, p; a- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly 1 w( z0 N( j% r. N8 k1 M# i
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
! P0 L! W+ p% n+ t( L- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative& J" W+ D5 w. ]' \- g9 E
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
  u6 ~& q7 i, ?* C: ^& |& E/ ~- EDI accounts related work and others as required

9 m* I8 F' g) F% P7 P3 ^- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- e( e' B6 Q8 R0 O. U; ?- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures0 A: ?# [9 X* T! _- g
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
% @5 v) b! N9 y5 P3 T, T( \- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
5 M  B. `  N. ~# j- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
/ {* B7 W* ^/ Q, b2 s5 V- B6 s% G' g- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
5 H" L5 \3 c3 T/ @# L- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
- J. P1 }5 w0 w9 I& _2 ]- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.* \/ V6 O% ~. r
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
6 z9 r7 Y4 i5 w8 d- ~4 F! @, B, z$ ^- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
5 V5 S2 f( j/ d! g+ `" _- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.0 _$ Y2 U4 a. n; ^* r0 v+ m

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required/ Z) }; f. r% _* G3 d
- Work out Weekly Sales Report: I' d, `0 Y; P* R
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts. b% r" s3 _) A# I7 T% M+ i
- Update system with Shipping information at order level 1 o6 V; o, f+ A. w/ s
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures/ M( H$ R: `5 I' `& y
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
