If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. ; q9 G" h$ }" u a7 P
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. + E& O4 p4 M$ F# Q8 i
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer. * h& n( K- D: {! q1 v
While mixing, add milk to get desired creamy consistency. 7 Y" a- d) d+ y5 l! W! M# X- r4 t
Crumble in the cooked diced bacon or other ingredients you prefer, to taste. |
