4 medium potatoes cut into about 2 to 4 pieces (peel or unpeeled, based on your taste)

3 or 4 table spoon butter or margarine

If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. ! h- n4 `* \! d2 ]$ a* X
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

While mixing, add milk to get desired creamy consistency.
